Do you need to make a claim?
In the event of a Claim or an Emergency during regular office hours please call your assigned Customer Service Representative . If they are unavailable, you can ask for any staff member and we will be sure to help you.
If an Emergency or Claim should occur after hours, a list of Emergency Contact Numbers can be obtained by calling our office at 403- 782-3757. Our office and all of our carriers offer 24 hour a day, 7 day a week Claims Service. You will need to know who your current Insurer is for your Policy, then listen for the afterhours number for the appropriate Company in our afterhours message queue.
Our office also provides insurance needs for your Life, Disability and Financial needs through an independent company owned by Scott DePatie with Sun Life Financial.
